The Promises to Keep Circle

This donor appreciation group was created to recognize donors who have cumulatively given $10,000 or more to Agrace HospiceCare. The Circle acknowledges the community of donors who have not wavered in their vision, commitment to, and generosity with Agrace HospiceCare. Promises to Keep Circle members may be honored in several ways:

• Agrace HospiceCare publications
• Invitations to seminars and special events
• Recognition on the Promises to Keep Circle giving wall for donors with a cumulative giving level of $10,000
• Numerous opportunities to recognize you by name—on various areas of our facilities or through specific funds
