Agrace HospiceCare Foundation Inc. Receives Grant

(JANESVILLE, WI) – The Agrace HospiceCare Foundation Inc. announces that it has received a grant of $1,000 from the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc. The grant is for general support of Rock County Services, ensuring that critical Agrace HospiceCare services are available to everyone in our community who needs them, regardless of their ability to pay.
This grant is made available from the Community Foundation’s Cabin Fund. The Cabin Fund provides funding for projects and programs related to animal care, hospice care or horticulture.
