Agrace HospiceCare volunteers often say that volunteering has been one of the most meaningful experiences in their lives.

Not only is volunteering rewarding for the volunteers, but as hours worked by volunteers increase, resources that can be dedicated to patient and family care also increase. Currently, nearly 20 percent of the hours worked at Agrace HospiceCare are donated by volunteers. Because of this incredible support, Agrace HospiceCare is able to provide a nationally recognized level of care to our patients and families. At Agrace HospiceCare’s current growth rate, we are always looking to fill some of our fun and rewarding volunteer positions.

Interested in volunteering?Contact a Agrace HospiceCare volunteer coordinator today to learn more and sign up for our next general orientation. After the orientation, we will provide specialized training to prepare you for your chosen role with the organization. Building on individual talents, experience and interests, this training helps you gain the knowledge and skills to feel fully prepared to enjoy one of our many meaningful opportunities. Our volunteer coordinators will work with you to help find a role that will be most enjoyable and satisfying to you. Get on your way to becoming a volunteer by using the steps below:

1. View our list of volunteer opportunities and decide what might be of interest to you,
2. Contact a Agrace HospiceCare volunteer coordinator today to learn more and to sign up for our next new volunteer orientation (Madison Office dates / Janesville Office dates).
3. Download and return the Agrace HospiceCare Volunteer Application.
4. Our volunteer coordinators will work with you to help you complete the training required to help you to be successful in your chosen role.
