• While our name has recently changed (Agrace HospiceCare was formerly known as HospiceCare Inc.), our tax identification number confirming our non-profit status is staying the same.
• Gifts directed to "HospiceCare Foundation Inc." will continue to be accepted and will benefit patients and families served by Agrace HospiceCare.
